Graiseley House is a large detached Victorian house built in 1871. Jane and Peter Spearpoint started their bed and breakfast business in 2005 and have expanded and improved the facilities on offer.

Graiseley House is a country house in the city, a quiet oasis where one can relax in peace, less than fifteen minutes walk from the city centre.

Visitors receive a warm and friendly welcome, with tea and home-made cake. All rooms have TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfasts are either home-cooked full English, continental or vegetarian.

The garden is being designed with the intention of extending the country home atmosphere into the outdoors.
